摘要
石油产品蒸馏仪工作时,油量不断减少,沸点不断提高;实验测得,单一加热功率下流量时间关系呈π型曲线,单一PID参数设置难以达到蒸馏流量基本不变的要求;采用分段变增益增量式PID算法,即初馏点到58 mL液位时,KP、KI、KD分别取0.7、47、36.7,58 mL液位到停止液位过程中,KP、KI、KD分别取1.5、30、27,可适应蒸馏过程不同区域的特性,使初馏时间和蒸馏流量符合国家标准。
During the working of oil distilling instrument,the oil decreases and its boiling temperature increases.Experiment showed that the distilling flow varied in curve with the time at a single electric heating power,the demand of keeping distilling flow approximately in a constant in the procedure was unavailable with a single group parameters of PID.A incremental PID control algorithm with sectional variable gain was presented,from initial boiling point to 58ml liquid level,KP,KI,KD took respectively 0.7,47,36.7,and 58 mL to the end of distilling,KP,KI,KD took respectively 1.5,30,27.The distillation process can be adapted to the characteristics of different regions,and the initial boiling time and flow of distillation meet the national standard.
