摘要
通过利用具有氧化性的双氧水对芳纶进行表面改性的试验及其分析,研究芳纶改性前后机械性能以及表面形态的变化情况。采用扫描电子显微镜观察处理前后芳纶的表面形态特征;以夹角余弦幅度法确定权重,利用模糊正交法的理论与方法处理试验数据,得出模糊综合评价值,从而得出芳纶表面氧化改性最佳工艺参数:双氧水浓度30%(质量分数),温度60℃,时间30min。
By the surface modification experiment and analysis of aramid fiber using H2O2 ' s oxidizing property, the aramid fiber' s surface morphology change and the tensile properties change before and after the treatment were studied in this paper. Using scanning electron microscopy to observe the surface morphology characteristic of aramid fibers before and after the treatment; fixing the empowerment weight by the method of angle cosine, and processing the test data by fuzzy theory and method, eoneluding the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation values, then getting the optimum technology index:oxyful 30% (wt) , temperature 60℃, time 30 min.
