摘要
应用混合灰色关联层次分析法(简称混合层次分析法)对某轧钢厂加热炉高温烟气余热利用的冷热联产、冷热电联产等4种余热利用方案进行了综合评价。用层次分析理论计算投资回收期、总能量利用率、减少CO2排放量、维护方便性等4个指标的权重,用混合分析法确定评价矩阵,通过加权求和完成综合评判。评价给出某轧钢厂加热炉高温烟气余热利用方案的优选次序为:方案4(热电联产)、方案2(冷热电联产)、方案1(冷热联产)、方案3(余热发电)。本评价方法亦可应用于其它多属性评价系统。
By using the mixed grey associated hierarchical analysis method,the comprehensive evaluation of four co-generation schemes for the residual heat utilization of high-temperature flue gas from the heating furnace of one steel rolling mill has been carried out.The weight of four indices,i.e.payback period of the investment,utilization ratio of the total energy,decrement of CO2,emission,and convenience in maintenance,has been calculated by using the hierarchical analysis theory,and the evaluation matrix being determined by using the mixed analysis method,the comprehensive judgement being completed through weighted summarization.The sequence of optimized selection for residual heat utilization scheme of high-temperature flue gas from heating furnace of said steel rolling mill is as follows:heat and electricity co-generation,cool,heat,and electricity co-generation;cool and heat cogeneration;electricity generation using waste heat.The said evaluation method can also be used for other evaluation systems with multi-attribute.
