摘要
利用固定床反应器,以稻壳为原料,DHC-32和CaCl2为催化剂,在700~900℃范围内,研究了催化剂种类和催化剂添加量对稻壳热解气态、液态产物产率及热解气组分分布的影响。结果表明,随着催化剂的添加及加入比例的提高,热解产物中气体产率增加,液体产率降低;催化剂的加入影响热解气组分分布;对促进稻壳热解产气,CaCl2的作用大于DHC-32。
By using a fixed bed reactor,and taking rice husks as raw materials and DHC-32 and CaCl2 as catalysts,the influence of catalyst sort and dosage of catalyst upon the productivity of liquidus and gaseous products from pyrolysis of rice husks,as well as compositions of the gaseous products have been studied in a temperature range of 700~900 ℃.Results show that the produtivity of liquidus products decreases as the dosage of catalyst is increased;adding catalyst also affects the composition of gaseous products from pyrolysis;for promoting gaseous products the effect of CaCl2 is stronger than that of DHC-32.
