摘要
某发电公司的N300-16.7/537/537-8型亚临界双缸两排汽汽轮机组轴振超标导致机组跳闸后,因误操作引起断油轴瓦烧损,轴颈出现裂纹,高、中、低压隔板及叶顶汽封均有较严重的磨损和油系统污染。对此,采取了对转子轴颈去应力回火车削去除裂纹、更换损坏部件、彻底清理油系统等措施,修复后机组振动及瓦温情况良好。
After unit trip resulting from shaft vibration exceeding set standard on N300-16.7/537/537-8 type subcritical turbine unit with two cylinders and two exhaust steam outlets,leading to burn-out of bearing shoe due to oil cut-off as a result of misoperation,thereby cracks appeared on the shaft neck,serious abrasion occurred on diaphgrams of HP,MP and LP,and on steam seal at the top of blades,resulting in polution of oil system.For this,the shaft neck has been tempered for eliminating stress,and being turned for abolishing the cracks,the damaged parts being replaced,and the oil system being thoroughly cleaned.After repair,the vibration of unit and the temperature of bearing shoe become good.
