脱硫系统浆液密度测量方式探讨

AN APPROACH TO MEASUREMENT OF SLURRY DENSITY IN FLUE GAS DESULPHURIZATION SYSTEM

对几种湿法脱硫系统浆液的密度测量仪器和方法,如放射性密度计、质量流量计、差压法密度测量、音叉式密度计、浮球式密度测量及超声波密度测量仪等进行分析比较,认为质量流量计应用最为广泛且效果较好,但价格较高,使用周期短,损耗大;若对差压式密度测量装置所测数据进行较为准确的修正,该测量装置会有较好的应用前景。

Several kinds of instruments or methods used to measure slurry density in wet flue gas desulphurization system,such as the radiactive density meter,the mass flowmeter,the differential pressure density meter,the tuning fork density meter,the floating ball density meter,and the supersonic density meter etc.,have been analysed and comparaed,it is believed that the mass flowmeter is most wide in application,and has better effectiveness,but it has higher price,it＇s service period is short,and has large lose.If the measured data of differential pressure density meter can be accurately corrected,this kind of density-measuring instrument would have better prospects of application.
