摘要
针对华能日照电厂一期2×350 MW机组控制系统存在的负荷响应速度慢,无法满足电网自动发电控制(AGC)功能要求等问题,对机组协调控制、过热蒸汽温度、一次风压力、磨煤机一次风量等相关控制逻辑进行了优化,并对相关控制系统调节器参数进行了整定,广泛使用变结构、变参数控制,提高了机组控制系统的控制品质。1号、2号机组在投入协调控制方式后,分别进行了变负荷速率、变负荷范围的试验,以及AGC考核试验。结果表明,优化后的协调控制系统各项控制指标能够满足电网AGC功能的要求,机组负荷变化范围为175~350 MW,负荷变化率达到4.5 MW/min,机组主要参数满足运行要求。
Directing against the problems existing in control system of 2×350 MW units in the first-phase project of Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant,such as the slow response speed to load,and unable to satisfy the requirements of AGC function of power grid,etc.,the control logics related to the coordinated control of units,the superheated steam temperature,the primary air pressure,the primary air flow rate of coal pulverizer etc.have been optimized,and the parameters of regulator in related control systems being set,adopting widely the variable structure and variable parameter controls,enhancing control quality of control system for units.After putting the coordinated control mode into operation for units no.1 and no.2,test of variating load range,and load-increasing rate,as well as assessment test of AGC have been carried out respectively.Results show that the control indices of coordinated control system after optimization all can satisfy the AGC functions required by the power grid,the load variation range is 175~350 MW,the load variating rate reaches 4~5 MW/min,the main parameters of units can satisfy the requirements of operation.
