高炉铁口炮泥切削机理研究与分析

摘要 根据某厂高炉液压开口机的运动特性及无水炮泥在铁口孔道中焙烧后的性质,对高炉铁口炮泥钻削与冲击过程进行了理论分析与计算,得出:高炉铁口深度在0-1000mm时,开口机轴压F为1.647kN,转速为16.6mm/s时,开口机只需旋转钻削即可顺利进钻;铁口深度在1000-2600mm、开口机钻速为18mm/s时,开口机在钻削与冲打联合作用下可达到最佳切削效果;铁口深度在2600-2800mm时,炽热红铁层硬度较低,只需旋转钻削即可打开铁口。结合实践,对开口机切削设备进行了优化与改进,进一步提高了炮泥的钻进速度。 According to the kinetic characteristic of tapping machine and characteristic of taphole mix after bake,the drilling and impact process are analyzed and calculated.The conclusion obtained is:when the depth of the taphole is 0-1000mm,the axial load F is 1.647kN.and the rotate speed is 16.6mm/s,only whirl is needed to open the taphole;when the depth of the taphole is 1000-2600mm,the rotate speed is 18mm/s,the best cutting results can be reached in the case of that both drilling and impact are carried out;when the depth of the taphole is 2600-2800mm,the hardness of red hot iron layer is small and with whirl only the taphole can be opened.To associate with practice,the cutting equipment is optimizated and improved and the drilling speed is increased.
