一种医院用大型低温液体质量测定仪的研制

摘要 目的:研制一种医用深度低温液体质量测定仪,以测量深度低温液体质量。方法:采用单片机配合外围电路,对差压变送器的信号进行处理,在小键盘上选择或输入液体的密度、容器内径与高度、报警极限等,采用LCD显示,声光报警。结果:该低温液体质量测定仪在多家医院试用4年,测试数据与液体供应商提供的数据非常接近,性能稳定。结论:该低温液体质量测定仪操作简单、精度高、可靠性强,值得推广。 Objective To develop a kind of hospital quality determinator for deep cryogenic liquid to measure the quality of cryogenic liquid.Methods The single chip matching peripheral circuit was used to deal with the signals of differential pressure transmitter,and the liquid density,vessel inside diameter and height,alarm limit were chosen or input on the small keyboard.LCD display and audible visible alarm were available.Results It had been trailed in many hospitals for 4 years.The test data were very close to the data provided by liquid supplier and the performance was also stable.Conclusion This determinator is characteristic of easy operation,high precision and high reliability,which is worth promoting.
