摘要
目的:研制一种能够在非重力环境条件下正常输液,尤其适用于野外急救和野战条件下的便携式智能输液机。方法:采用一种全新的脉冲电磁力恒压装置,实现机、瓶一体。该装置由智能控制电路、直流电动机、外壳3部分组成。结果:该机体积小、质量轻(0.78 kg)、交流电输入、直流电输出、低能耗、电磁兼容、安全性能高、压力恒定、高挂低置两相宜,在非重力环境条件可实现机控输液;适用于战地救护、救灾救护和各类医疗机构,根据伤病员的情况可低位、平放、高位、手提、肩背行走或放置在车船、飞机、担架、手推车上进行免吊挂输液。结论:该项研究已趋成熟,该机操作简单、提携方便、外观美观且价格低廉,值得推广。
Objective To develop a portable intelligent transfusion machine,with which transfusion can be carried out normally in non-gravity environment,especially in first aid situation and under field conditions.Methods A novel pulse electromagnetic constant-pressure device composed of intelligent electric circuit control board,D,C electric motor and outer covering was adopted to fulfill the integration of machine and transfusion bottle.Results Transfusion controlled by machine could be achieved in non-gravity environment by the transfusion machine due to its small size,light weight(0.78kg),AC input,DC output,low power consumption,electromagnetic compatibility,high safety performance,constant pressure and adaptability to hang on the high place and place on the low ground.The machine was suitable for field rescues,disaster rescues and various medical institutions while it could carry out the transfusion without bottles hanging low,flat,high,and could be hand-held and shouldered in walking or placed in vehicles,aircraft,stretchers and trolleys according to the situation of patients.Conclusion The research has become increasingly mature.Therefore,the machine is worth promoting with simplicity of operation,convenient way of carrying,attractive appearance and low price.
