摘要
在炮弹药筒上钻孔存在爆炸的危险。本文分析了引起爆炸的主要因素,提出了通过检测弹体外表面的钻削温度和钻削轴向力判断是否出现危险温度以及钻头是否挤压弹内装药的控制策略,建立了控制实验系统。实验表明建立的安全测控系统可以满足炮弹自动钻孔的安全需要。
Shell drilling exists the dangerous of explosion.The main factors that cause an explosion is analyzed in this paper.By detecting drilling temperature and drilling thrust on the shell surface,a control strategy that determine whether the temperature is dangerous or the drug inside the bomb is extruded by the drill is proposed,and a experiment control system is established.Experiment shows that the security system established can meet the security needs in shell automatic drilling.
