The problems and countermeasures for centralized management of surgical instruments by the supply room are analyzed.Through improvements in the management modes of surgical instruments by increasing a rational number of apparatus,standardizing management modes,improving sterilization methods of instruments,strengthening regulation of foreign apparatus and expanding staff＇s intelligence,the efficiency of management has been elevated.It＇s also suggested that,while taking the existing management modes of surgical instruments,it be necessary to guarantee a secure use of surgical instruments through the measures of reasonable disposition of human resources,standardized management modes and specific processes of performance.
