摘要 目的:探讨放射科信息系统(RIS)在放射科影像质量控制中的应用价值。方法:应用自行开发的放射科信息系统软件,在报告书写界面增加图像质量评判窗口;分析图像产生质量问题的具体原因,有针对性地采取纠正措施,提高图像质量。结果:根据按季度统计的138张丙级片,在每季度照片总数略有上升的基础上,丙级片数逐步下降,照片质量在稳步提高。结论:应用RIS对放射影像进行质量控制,提高了工作效率,改善了影像质量,减低了科室成本,提升了管理质量。 Objective To investigate the application value of RIS for image quality control in the radiology department.Methods The self-developed radiology department's information system software was used and a window of the image quality evaluation was added to the report writing interface.The concrete reasons of poor image quality were analyzed and corrective measures were taken to improve the image quality.Results According to the statistics of all C films quarterly,the number of total films increased slightly quarter by quarter,whereas the C films declined gradually,and the film quality improved steadily.Conclusion Using RIS in image quality management improves the work efficiency and image quality,reduces cost and enhances the quality of management.
