摘要
我国快速城市化的进程中,失地农民的利益未能得到有效的保障,致使失地农民问题成为一个突出的社会问题。基于善治的基本理念,从分析失地农民问题的成因出发,宏观分析了政府征地中行政公共权力的效益,提出了对失地农民问题善治的基本思路。
The interests of landless farmers have not received proper protection in the process of China＇s rapid urbanization,which has become a serious problem. Based on the basic concept of good governance and with an incisive analysis of the causes of the problem,the paper gives a macro-analysis of the efficiency of the public power for requisitioning land by the government and brings up the basic solutions to the good governance of landless farmers.
