摘要
提高钻井速度可以缩短建井周期,降低建井成本,对于提高油气藏开发效率和效益具有重要意义。总结介绍了国内外最新的提高钻速技术研究及其应用,按提高钻速的原理将其分为两类:直接提高钻速技术,包括新型钻井工具使用和钻井参数优化等;间接提高钻速技术,包括控压钻井技术,无意外风险钻井技术等。提出应根据所钻区域地质特征,合理设计钻井方案,选择合适钻井工具,优化钻井参数,钻井时进行实时监控和专家决策,减少复杂情况发生次数及处理时间等方法和措施综合应用,才能最大限度提高钻井速度。
Increasing ROP can reduce time and cost of well construction.It is also significant for efficiency and benefit of field development.The newest technology of ROP improvement and its application was introduced at home and abroad.The principle of ROP improvement was divided into two categories:direct way of ROP improvement,it includes the application of new tools and optimization of drilling parameters;indirect way of ROP improvement,it includes manage pressure drilling technology,no surprise drilling and maximum reservoir contact technology.In order to maximize ROP,it is needed to know the geologic feature of drilling area,have a reasonable drilling plan,select appropriate tools,optimize drilling parameters,monitor and make decisions while drilling and reduce drilling trouble.
