摘要
电极环是无线测井仪器随钻测量系统测量侧向电阻率的重要结构,通过一定面积的电极环,来接受由地层传导来的电流,再通过控制电路计算得出地层电阻率。目前,电极环的结构采用绝缘材料灌封成型,虽然该材料具有较高的硬度,但由于长时间的地层磨砺和泥浆的冲蚀作用会造成电极环严重破坏,影响了电极环的电绝缘性能,与井壁碰撞还可能造成电极环与绝缘材料松脱打滑,造成严重的仪器事故。目前电极环的结构亟待改进,文章在保证电极环功能的前提下针对电极环的结构进行了设计研究探索。
The electrode collar is the important structure of LWD system,which receive the current from the stratum.The electronic unit can calculate the stratum electrical resistivity by the current.At the present,the gap of electrode collar was filled with insulating material which felt the out ring with inner ring.The insulating material is not strong enough to resist the erode by stratum,even the electrode ring was destroyed by collision.So,the structure of the electrode ring needs to be improved as soon as possible.This paper discussed the researching about the structure improvement of electrode ring.
