摘要
大班到小班,根源于人的"双重性"本质。在本质上,人是自然生命和价值生命存在的统一体。然而,在大班环境下,囿于单一人性的认识,人们往往或者只强调人的自然生命或者只强调人的价值生命,导致人的自身形象的破裂。与之不同的是,小班化教育,以完整人性为根基。针对大班环境下人的残缺形象,基于自身先天性优势,小班化教育通过目的的"完人性"、内容的"全面性"和方式的"整体性",立意寻回并重新构建起"完整人"的形象。
Man is in essence a unity of natural life and value life existence,which duplicity is the root for large-sized class to become small-sized.Confined by single-nature understanding of man in a large-sized class,people tend to stress just one aspect of the double existence,either natural life or value life,which leads to man's self disintegration.Small-sized education,directed against the disintegration and based on its own advantage,roots in the whole-man nature,instead,to rediscover and rebuild the whole-man figure through its "whole-man nature" in aim,"all-round nature" in content and "entire nature" in methodology.
