摘要
校本教研与教师学习共同体是高中英语新课程改革中的重要方面。校本专业学习共同体为我们提供了一个平台,以了解教师在新课改实施过程中的问题与困惑,充分激发教师个体在学习共同体中产生的智慧,形成合力,提出解决问题与困惑的有效对策。专业学习共同体的实施面临诸种障碍,其重要功能还有待开拓和发挥。自下而上的教师发展模式将有利于教师个体与新课程改革的共同发展。
School-based research and professional learning community are important aspects in senior-high new English curriculum reform.School-based professional learning community provides a platform for us to learn the problems and puzzles teachers may have in the course of the reform,to initiate individual teachers' wisdom,form co-working energy in the community,and consequently contribute to the putting forward of the correspondent effective strategies.There still exist some obstacles in its operation,leaving its important functions to be further explored and developed.The bottom-up teacher professional development model will hopefully improve the communal development on the part of both the individual teacher and the curriculum reform.
