摘要
民国时期,四川传统酿酒业不仅生产发展较快,销售推广也有积极的作为,全省形成了几个主要的酒类销售市场,更因战时经济的繁荣及国防的需要而成为酒的消费大省。各类酢房根据自身规模大小,采取以销定产、前店后厂、与酒精厂约定销售等不同的销售方式,有的酒厂还主动派员外出联系销售,甚至在外地自设销售窗口;一些酒厂及酢房开始注重品牌、包装,并广泛参与各类评奖,形成了初步的酒类促销;而各类形式的物流商、坐商、行商、零售商、流动小贩及酒类期货亦相继出现,甚至出现了商业资本、其它行业资本向酒业渗透的现象。所有这些销售形式和手段进一步促进了民国四川传统酒类的销售与生产,扩大了厂家的知名度,增加了川酒的影响力,在此基础上,一批四川名酒得以产生和发展起来。
During the Republic of China,the traditional Sichuan alcohol trade not just develops rapidly in production,but also achieves a great deal in sale and publicity.Sichuan witnesses the formation of several principal alcohol sale markets and becomes a major province of alcohol consumers because of the war-time economy prosperity and the national defence need.The permeation of commercial capital and capital from other trades through alcohol trade further promotes the sale and market of traditional Sichuan alcohol with enhanced notability of the producers and increased influence of Sichuan alcohol,and on this base several famous brands of Sichuan alcohol come into being and develop.
