摘要
潜艇液压系统是结构复杂且精密度高的机、电、液综合系统,其故障具有隐蔽性、交错性、随机性、分散性等特点,对影响液压系统可维修性的主要因素进行分析,并从简化设计、可达性、标准化、模块化、测试诊断性等五个方面对如何提高系统的可维修性水平进行了研究,对潜艇液压系统的可维修性设计具有指导意义。
The submarine hydraulic system is the complex-structured and high-precision mechanical electrical and hydraulic system,its fault is featured by concealment,interlocking,randomness and diversity. The main intluencing factor of the maintainability is analyzed.The measurements of how to improvethe maintainability level are reseached from five aspects,which are simplified design,accessibility,standardization,modularization and testability.The results have directive significance to the maintainability design of submarine hydraulic system.
