摘要
针对某石化公司热电厂410t/h煤粉锅炉在高负荷运行时燃烧不稳定、锅炉热效率低、减温水量大、炉膛部分结焦、屏式过热器结焦较严重、氮氧化合物排放量高等问题,进行了燃烧器的节能改造。通过对改造后锅炉部分性能的测试和分析,证明该改造取得了很好的效果,达到了预期的目的。
Thermal power plant of a petrochemical company 410t/h coal boiler running at high load combustion instability,low thermal efficiency,large quantity super heater water,some furnace coal,coal super heater more serious,high nitrogen oxide emissions and so on.Carried out on the boiler energy saving burner some of the boiler to make the testing and analysising.Through the transformation of these tests and analysis that has achieved good results,achieved the desired objective.
