摘要
为提高曲轴非圆截面零件的加工效率和质量,提出了并构建了基于PMAC多轴运动控制器的非圆截面车削数控系统结构,着重研究了PMAC运动控制卡的时基协调控制功能。采用时基跟随来实现对两个坐标系中的直线电机和主轴位置控制的时序相位协调控制,以完成非圆截面的自动车削。该数控系统在非圆截面零件车床中得到了应用。
The efficiency and quality of non-circular section machining was improved with a computer numerical control (CNC)system architecture for non-circular section cutting based on PMAC motion controller.The research focused on the coordinated control of PMAC time-base following.The PMAC timebase system was used in the CNC system to realize two linear motor control and position control of spindle to complete the automatic turning of the non-circular parts.The CNC system of Non circular cutting lathe has been applied in any area.
