摘要 分析了当前在机电产品安生性研究中的不足,在此基础上介绍了LCA方法的原理以及LCA的实现步骤,进而从机电产品的整个生命周期出发将机电生命周期分为四个阶段,并对产品不同阶段的安全性进行了分析。最后针对机电产品的安生性特点,结合LCA的原理对产品安全性进行研究,着重对产品安全性的清单分析和影响评价两个过程进行了论述,总结出在产品安全性研究中对人体健康和生态系统平衡要得到进一步的重视。 The current research deficiency of electromechanical product safety is analyzed.The principle of LCA method and the realization steps are introduced based on it.Furthermore,the life cycle of electromechanical product is divided into four stages considered from their whole life cycle and the safety of product at different stages is analyzed.The product safety is researched according to the safety features of electromechanical product and combined with the principle of LCA at last.The processes of Inventory Analysis and Impact Assessment are discussed focusing on product safety.The conclusion that human health and ecosystem balance should be pay more attention between the research of product safety is summarized.
