摘要
在阐述了传统超声加工和功率旋转超声铣削加工的基本原理和工艺特点的基础上,研究设计了旋转超声铣头装置。该装置作为立式数控铣床的一种附件,可安装在立式数控铣床上,方便装卸。若该装置配备一定的控制设备,即可在立式铣床上对镁合金进行功率旋转超声铣削加工研究,从而促进镁合金的应用和发展。
In the basic of comparing the difference between the traditional ultrasonic machining and rotary ultrasonic milling about characteristics principles and processes.The design of the rotary ultrasonic milling head is researched.The device is a attachment of the milling machine,which can be installed on vertical CNC milling machine.The rotary ultrasonic milling head is facilitated the loading and unloading.The magnesium alloy can be processed by rotary ultrasonic milling in the vertical CNC milling machine,with some controlling device.
