摘要
全电调节无级变速器(CVT)应用双电机分别调节主、从动轮半径以实现速比变化,为了对CVT速比进行控制,通过CVT运动学分析建立了速比与执行电机转角的对应关系;在分析CVT速比对整车性能影响的基础上,设计了针对速比执行电机转角控制的模糊滑模变结构控制器;仿真结果表明,该控制器可以通过对执行电机转角的控制实现对CVT速比的精确控制,满足汽车对于变速器速比调节的要求。
The dual motors are used to regulate the working radius of drive and driven wheel and realize variation of drive ratio in Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT)with electrical actuation system. In order to control drive ratio, the relationship between CVT speed ratio and motor angels is established based on CVT kinematics analysis.And the fuzzy sliding mode variable structure controller is designed based on the analysis of the CVT drive ratio effects on vehicle performance to control the motor angels according to the relationship between CVT speed ratio and motor angels.The simulation results show that CVT speed ratio can be controlled precisely by the controller through controlling the motor angels,and at the same time the controller designed meets the requirements for regulating the CVT drive ratio.
