摘要
为研究海上平台起重机油缸蓄能器型波浪补偿装置的动态性能,在ADAMS中建立了带有波浪补偿装置的起重机模型,并将臂架设置为柔性体,进行了机液耦合动力学分析。仿真分析了起升作业过程中补偿装置的刚度和阻尼对补偿性能的影响,仿真结果表明该补偿装置将动载系数从2.24减小到1.31,补偿装置的补偿效果理想。仿真分析方法和结果可以为油缸蓄能器型波浪补偿装置的设计提供参考。
The model of crane with heave compensation device was established using ADAMS,aiming at researching the dynamic characteristics of cylinder-accumulator type heave compensation setting on a offshore pedestal mounted crane.And a hydraulic mechanical coupling dynamic analysis was performed with the crane boom setted as flexible body.The compensation capability influenced by stiffness and damping of the device was discussed during hoisting process based on the simulation results.The results show that the device reduced the dynamic load coefficient from 2.24 to 1.31 and the compensation capability of the device is acceptable.The method and results of the simulation provided valuable information for design of cylinderaccumulator type heave compensation.
