摘要 对基于ADAMS的含间隙转动铰虚拟样机建模方法进行阐述,并建立具有多个含间隙转动铰的平面曲柄摇杆机构虚拟样机;通过动力学仿真,分析不同连接处的含间隙转动铰元素之间的相对运动关系,对三类运动铰间隙模型的适用性进行评价。 The virtual prototyping modeling method of revolute joint with clearance based on ADAMS is discussed in this paper.A crank-rocker mechanism with multi-clearance is developed.Dynamic simulation of the mechanism shows the relative moving between the elements of different joints.The applicability of three kind of clearance-joint models is evaluated by the simulation results.
