摘要
液氮发动机的供气能力决定着它的工作效率,为了提供液氮发动机工作所需要的充足稳定的高压气体,设计了一种应用于液氮发动机的配气装置,该装置由液氮存储设备、低温泵、换热器及配气筒组成,该装置将低温液氮通过换热器汽化成高压氮气,提供液氮发动机的正常工作所需的高压气体。对配气装置的原理和热力过程进行研究,并通过实验对换热器性能进行测验和分析,通过实验研究发现该装置供气稳定,出口压力和进出口压力差都能满足液氮发动机正常的工作需要。
The capital of nitrogen supply determines the efficiency of liquid nitrogen engine.In order to provide stable high-pressure gas for the liquid nitrogen engine,a sub device for liquid nitrogen engine was designed,which is composed of the storage devices for liquid nitrogen,cryogenic pump, heat exchanger and gasholder.The liquid nitrogen is vaporized by this device,and this device can meet the normal work of liquid nitrogen engine.It we optimize the principle of the sub device,and analysis the performance of heat exchanger by experimentation.we find that this device can provide stable gas,and the outlet pressure can ensure the normal operation of liquid nitrogen engine.
