摘要
为了解决气雾剂阀门行业包装的瓶颈问题和提高其包装效率,设计了一种针对气雾剂阀门行业的高速包装设备,进行了伺服电机的选取,并利用虚拟设计技术在ADAMS中对其进行了运动学仿真,仿真结果表明设备的机械特性比较平滑,提供了一种利用虚拟设计技术设计气雾剂阀门行业高速包装设备的方法。
In order to solve the bottleneck packaging problem in aerosol valve industry and help increasing efficiency,designed a type of hi-speed packaging equipment in this industry,and this paper showed how to pick up a suitable servo motor for this packaging equipment.Then had a kinematic analysis of it in ADAMS.The simulation result indicates that the mechanical characteristics of this equipment are very smooth.This paper also gives out a designing method for the hi-speed packaging equipment used in aerosol valve industry.
