摘要
VHT系列立式车铣复合加工中心的先进性之一是防护性强。主要是机床应用了力矩电机驱动回转工作台、中空水冷滚珠丝杠、双边重心驱动的移动立柱、摆头动力刀塔等先进结构,在防护设计时大量采用了新式迷宫密封、专用引流槽、集成液压系统、防磁化斜顶式护罩等结构,保证了冷却液的循环使用、润滑油的分离回收、液压系统的防渗漏以及流畅的排屑性能。
VHT series vertical milling-turning machining center has advanced performance,especially on protection design.The machine adopts some advanced structures,such as rotary table driven by torque motor,cooling through type ballscrew,DCGTM movable column and swing motor driven turret.The protection designs of labyrinth seal,special discharge groove,integrated hydraulic system and antimagnetic pent roof protective cover will ensure the following features as cooling cycle,lubricant recycling,watertight of hydraulic system and smooth chip removal.
