摘要
激光淬火是以高能量密度的激光束对工件加工面快速扫描,使金属表面加热到相变温度以上,然后以极高的速度冷却,达到表面硬化的热处理过程。以多锥度细长杆激光淬火生产线成套设备为研究对象,在分析了多锥度细长杆零件结构特点的基础上,提出了多锥度细长杆激光淬火成套设备的总体方案,对自动上料机构、锥轮送料装置及圆盘回转机构等关键技术进行了分析,并详细介绍了自动上料机构、锥轮送料过程及圆盘回转机构的结构简图及工作原理,最后说明了激光淬火生产线成套设备的安全保险装置。
Laser quenching is a heat treatment process using the laser beam to irradiate workpiece surface.The workpiece surface temperatures fast.The temperature rises to the phase transition temperature.Then the surface is cooled to achieve surface hardening.A complete on-line laser quenching equipment is researched for Multi-taper.This paper analyzed the structural characteristics of the multi-taper slender rod parts,and introduced the overall program of the complete equipment of on-line laser quenching of the multi-taper slender rod parts.The necessity applying the automatic loading parts mechanism,cone wheel feeding mechanism and disc rotating mechanism,work principle and structural characteristics are discussed.
