摘要
提出一种基于信息视图的飞机钣金零件编码方法,以全息特征树表示零件不同侧面、不同层次的信息及其关联关系,作为各种应用场合中零件信息组织和描述的基础和框架,以信息视图表示特定场合下的信息需求,并通过裁剪特征树描述。构造了飞机钣金零件的全息特征树,建立了信息视图的生成方法及基于信息视图的零件编码方法。给出了一个用于工艺规划的飞机钣金零件编码实例,证明了编码方法的有效性。
A coding method for aircraft sheet metal based on information view is put forward in this paper.Part information of different aspects and layers and its relations is expressed by holograghic character tree,which is used as base and framework of information organizing and describing in every application situation.Information requirment of special application is expressed by information view and described with clipping character tree.Holograghic character tree of aircraft sheet metal is costructed,and methods of information view establishing and part coding based on information view are given.The valiation of method put forward in this paper is proved with an example of aircraft sheet metal part coding in process planning.
