摘要
对现有变速箱在线试验检测设备的需求和不足进行分析并根据变速箱选换档原理,设计了一种采用电、气为动力的自动换档机构及其电气控制系统。该机构为变速箱在线加载试验台重要组成部分,主要应用于检测变速箱换档性能,其功能在于减轻工人的劳动强度,提高劳动生产率和试验精度。通过试验结果分析,该机构满足设计要求,并具有测量精度高、操作方便、系统运行稳定等优点。
Based on the research of the requirement and the shortage of the on-line testing and measuring for transmission and the principle of shift,The paper designs a kind of auto-shift body drived by electricity and air and its control system.This body is an important part of transmission on-line load test-bed,which is mostly used to test the performance of shift,whose function is reducing labour intensity,improving labour productivity and test accuracy.It gratify the need of design according to the analysis of experiment result.It＇s high-precision,simple operation,good stability.
