摘要
培育和建立企业核心竞争力是涉及到提高我国企业竞争实力、参与国际竞争的一个重要课题。但是关于企业核心竞争力的基本内涵和具体外延,在理论上一直没有形成一个全面和准确的认识。文章就是从竞争要素的角度,对企业核心竞争力的内涵和外延作出较为全面的界定,从而为针对企业核心竞争力的相关理论研究和实践活动提供一个较为准确的概念基础。首先文章阐明了企业核心竞争力的基本内涵,并且进一步说明了企业核心竞争力的具体外延所包含的关键性竞争要素。然后文章又对这些关键性竞争要素的基本特征做了较为全面的分析,并由此探寻建立企业核心竞争力的一般途径。最后在此基础上文章提出了培育企业核心竞争力的基本途径和主要内容。
Building core competency of a company is an important issue which is related to improve the competitiveness of a company and participate in the international competition. But there is no a definate explanation about the connotation and extension of core competency. This article try to give a comprehensive explanation about this concept and to provide a common basis for detailed discussion about this issue.The article first illuminates the basic connotation of core competency, and then illustrates its basic extension which include some key competitive elements. Secondly, the article analyzes some characteristics of these key elements, and explores a general approach to build core competency. Finally the article summerizes the main content of building core competency for a a business corporation.
