摘要 为了改善目前的电能消费情况,提出一种基于嵌入式技术的能源监控系统的设计与实现,该系统用于现代企业或家庭中对装有数字电表的电器和太阳能逆变器的监控管理,具有实际应用价值。首先分析了该监控系统的功能需求,然后从硬件结构和软件流程两方面详细说明了完整的嵌入式系统设计过程,包括核心板和扩展板的原理框图、Modbus协议栈和图形用户界面的开发、基于多线程的文件存储与统计以及太阳能逆变器的工作状态监控等。通过反复测试,所设计的能源监控系统在连接各种外设并长期上电的状态下,能够保持良好稳定的运行效果。 To improve the current situation of power consumption,the design and implementation of the energy monitoring system based on the embedded technology are proposed.The system is used for monitoring and managing the electrical appliances with the digital power meters and the solar grid tie inverters in the modem factory or house,and it is of practical value.Firstly,the functional requirements are analyzed.Then the whole design procedures are illuminated by the architecture of the hardware and the flow of the software,including the principle chart for the embedded core board and the expanded board,the realization of Modbus protocol and graphical user interface,file storage and statistic by multithreading,the states of solar grid tie inverter and so on.By repeated testing,the design system above keeps the steady running on the conditions of connecting the external equipments and supplying power long-time.
