摘要
提出了一种适用于石油测井仪器的长距离通信方法。该方法使用低成本的驱动和信号整形判决外围电路,采用软件方法在MCU中实现了曼彻斯特编/解码算法,完成了数据信号的远距离传输。在使用6 km测井电缆的过套管地层电阻率测井仪上的实际应用表明,该方法收发数据稳定可靠,智能化程度高,采用的电子芯片容易找到高温型号,适合石油测井等特殊应用工况,在石油勘探测井领域具有良好的应用价值。
A long distance communication method for oil well logging is proposed.The Manchester encode/decode algorithms is implemented in the MCUs with the help of low cost signal driver and wave shaping circuits,making the signal be transmitted long distance.The application on a through casing resistivity logging tool using 6 km cable shows that the design can transmit-receive data steadily and act intelligently.The high temperature tolerant chips adopted can be obtained easily in the market,which fits the requirement of logging tools' working condition.The design presents nice applications in petroleum exploration and logging area.
