巴塞尔进程(Basel Process)是指国际清算银行通过其金融监管规则制定机构促进国际金融体系稳定的各项活动,其宗旨是建立一个协调、统一的全球金融监管标准、程序和准则的框架,对当今全球金融治理产生了深远影响。本文分析了巴塞尔进程的结构框架、主要特征以及它在促进全球金融治理上能够取得成功的原因。
Basel process refers to activities of BIS through the setting of financial regulation rules to promote the stability of international financial system. It aims to build a coordinated and unified framework for global financial regulation standard, procedure and instruction, and has a far-reaching influence on global financial governance. The article analyzes the structural framework and main features of Basel process, and the reason for its success in achieving better global financial governance.
