重庆市居民健康知识现状及影响因素分析

Present situation and influencing factor analysis of health knowledge in Chongqing′s residents

目的了解重庆市居民健康知识知晓情况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机人民币法在全市抽取6个区县24个居委会、行政村共4 844人,采用我国卫生部提供的调查问卷以入户访谈的形式对其进行健康知识调查。结果重庆市居民健康知识知晓情况总体较好,但仍存在诸多不足,且与其年龄、文化程度、经济收入、职业、所在地区等密切相关。结论重庆市居民健康知识掌握情况不够理想,需要各个部门和居民共同努力,提高居民健康知识知晓水平,从而改善居民健康状况。

Objective To find out the understanding level of health knowledge in residents of Chongqing,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods We used a stratified,multistage,cluster-sampling RMB design to draw sample from 24 neighborhood committees and village administration of six districts in Chongqing with the questionnaires provided by the National Ministry of Health,and the form of home interview to investigate the health knowledge of our residents.Results There are many inadequacies in the health knowledge of residents in Chongqing,which are closely related to their age,education level,income and occupation.Conclusion The health knowledge of Chongqing′s residents is less than ideal circumstances.In order to enrich the people′s health knowledge and thereby improve the health quality level of the residents,the joint efforts of both the government and the residents are required.
