Educational Voucher of Chinese Type: The Policy Reviving and its Deep-going Practice——a Tentative Evaluation over Educational Voucher in Changxing

曾经风靡一时的长兴教育券被各界人士普遍认为已完成主要历史使命,正在告退历史舞台。然而,长兴教育券政策并未走向终结,而是获得了一种新生,它正以政策转移与扩散的方式在省内外以及教育领域以外实践。经本土化变通,颇具有中国特色的教育券政策的现实运行状况及其实践价值都有待进一步去关注、发掘。

The once-popular educational voucher in Changxing is regarded as historical mission and gradually quitting the arena of history; however, the educational having finished its main voucher policy in China isn＇t on the way to windup, on the contrary, it is reviving. It has transferred to other fields and proliferated inside and outside Zhejiang province; therefore it is necessary to further focus on and excavate the running status and its meaning of educational voucher of Chinese characteristics.
