The world has entered into the net era with the driving of internet technology and the requirement of information exchange.Internet has become the indispensable support for social life,and has brought about profound influences on all aspects of our social life.However,internet has also given rise to many social problems,such as information safety,internet addiction disorder,overrun of vulgar internet culture and cyber crime,whereas internet significantly facilitates the development of social politics,economy and culture.It is required for social education to take an active part in the internet development in order to lead people who go on net to get a thorough understanding of the social effect of internet,to educate them correct net values.It is required that the society,school and family cooperate in net-value culturing,building up the education system of net values together.
