摘要 激光-MIG复合电弧焊接工艺综合了激光焊接和电弧焊接的优点,具有低热输入(0.25 kJ/mm)、高焊接速度(55~60 mm/s)、低变形等特点。应用在巴士和卡车底盘的马氏体不锈钢的焊接中取得了很好的效果,通过实验证明,激光-MIG复合焊的焊缝成形良好,接头力学性能、母材疲劳性能优越,其效率是普通MIG焊接的6.5倍。 Laser-MIG hybrid arc welding process gives an overview of the advantages of both hybrid laser welding and arc welding.The process features low heat input(0.25 kJ/mm),high welding speed(55~60 mm/s) and less deformation.Excellent welding performance has been achieved in the welding of supermartensitic stainless steel materials for chassis of buses and trucks.The welding profile is perfect and very good anti-fatigue performance,with mechanical property of the joint superior to the base metal.The production efficiency is 6.5 times as compared with normal MIG welding.
