摘要
为构建符合真实人体血管形态的表面模型,提出了一种中国数字人血管的分割和重建方法。首先通过人工追踪血管行向,构建出血管段的连接关系,根据连接关系交互式地逐段分割血管;再将血管截面沿中心线放样,重建出各段血管;最后通过布尔运算融合相邻血管,构建出完整的血管树形表面模型。以中国数字人男二号数据集为基础,构建了上臂动脉血管表面模型。模型具有结构精细,表面光滑连续的特点,对于虚拟内窥镜、解剖教学等领域的研究具有重要意义。
In order to construct a vascular surface model which meets the real blood vessel morphology,a segmentation and reconstruction method for blood vessels of Chinese Digital Human is proposed.First,construct the connection relationship of branches by tracing the extension of blood vessels,and then segment the vessels branch by branch interactively according to the connection relationship.The cross-section is lofted along the center-line to generate a surface model of blood vessel.At last,merge the adjacent vessels by Boolean operation to acquire an assembled structure of vascular network.Based on the dataset of Chinese digital human No.2,the artery of upper arm is reconstructed and the result reflects a fine structure of vascular network with smooth and continuous surface,which is very important for virtual endoscopy and anatomy teaching.
