摘要
介绍以AT89C58单片机为核心构成的捻度仪控制器的软硬件设计方法。系统使用单片机IO口通过继电器控制直流电机转速,采用光电传感器和定时/计数器实现捻度测量。详尽阐述了控制器硬件结构和软件流程。经测试表明该控制器具有测量精确度高、性能稳定、成本低等优点。
In this paper,the design of automatic yarn twist tester controller using AT89C58 is introduced.The system controls the DC motor driver by using the IO ports through electric relays.Photo sensor and timer are used to measure Twist of yarns.The hardware structure of the controller and the software flow are descripted in detail.It＇s proved the controller has the characteristic of high accuracy,reliable performance and low cost.
