云岭黑山羊FSH基因表达量与其产羔数相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文对云岭黑山羊产羔性状的分子基础进行了研究,分析了云岭黑山羊FSH基因表达量与其产羔数性状的相关性。采用绝对荧光定量PCR方法对两个品种山羊卵巢组织中FSH基因的表达量、用放射免疫技术对血液中FSH的水平进行了测定。结果表明,云岭黑山羊FSH表达水平显著地低于波尔山羊(P<0.05),云岭黑山羊血清FSH浓度显著低于波尔山羊(P<0.05),且云岭黑山羊FSH表达水平与产羔数之间的相关系数为0.9540,存在显著正相关(P<0.05)。由此可见,和波尔山羊比较,云岭黑山羊FSH基因低表达量、血浆中FSH低浓度是导致低产羔数的一个可能原因。 In this paper, the molecular basis of lambing character in Yunling black Goat was studied and the correlation between the expression level of FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) gene and lambing number in Yunling black goat was analyzed. The expression levels of FSH gene which expressed in ovary tissue in two goat breeds were detected with utilizing unqualified real time fluorescent quantitation PCR, and the concentrations of FSH in blood plasma of two goats breeds were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the expression level of FSH gene in Yunling black goat was significantly lower than that in Boer goat ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the concentration of FSH in Yunling black goat was significantly lower than that in Boer goat (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the coefficient correlation between the expression level of FSH gene and the lambing number in Yunling black goat was 0. 9540, the expression level of FSH gene was significantly positive related with the lambing number in Yunling black goat (P 〈 0. 05) . From this, the expression level of FSH gene and the concentration of FSH in Yunling black goat were much lower than those in Boer goat, which was a possible reason to result in lower lambing number.
