摘要
通过理论推导和实验验证,开发了一种简便易行的测量注塑过程中熔体黏度均匀性的方法,即通过高速采集和分析塑化熔体流经注塑机喷嘴处的压力波动来反映塑化熔体的黏度波动。通过对4根不同结构类型及参数的注塑螺杆进行实验,分析螺杆构型对熔体黏度波动的影响,及熔体黏度均匀性与熔体温度均匀性、制品的质量重复精度及力学性能的关系,验证了该方法的可行性,最后从熔体黏度均匀性方面对实验用4根螺杆性能予以评价。
Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,a simple method that measuring melt pressure fluctuation at the nozzle to reflect melt viscosity fluctuation in injection molding process was developed. The experiments for four injection screws and analysis for the relationships between melt viscosity homogeneity and screws configuration,melt temperature homogeneity,repeating weight precision and mechanical properties of the injection molding parts verified the feasibility of the method. At last,the four injection screws were evaluated based on melt viscosity homogeneity.
