摘要
介绍了一种非接触式脉冲电流注入装置,采用磁场耦合原理,对电缆、导线等电子部件进行脉冲电流注入,与被测试部件没有直接的电气物理接触,可以在电子设备正常工作时进行脉冲电流注入测试,实验表明,可以在4 m长两端接负载的导线上注入脉冲电流幅度高达150 A。
The device of non-contact pulsed-current-injection is introduced.With the principle of magnetic-field coupling,the electric components such as cable、lead etc can be injected with pulsed-current.And there is no direct electric contact with tested components.The injection-test can be done when the electron device is under working state.The experiment result shows that the maximum amplitude of current injected on 4m-long-lead which two terminals connected with resistances is as high as 150 A.
