摘要 采用强阳离子交换色谱梯度洗脱法,对牛乳中的乳铁蛋白进行分离和纯化,并利用SDS-PAGE定性检测。结果表明:采用强阳离子交换色谱梯度洗脱法可较好地分离提取出乳铁蛋白,分离出的乳铁蛋白显示为单一区带,每毫升牛乳能提取乳铁蛋白0.23 mg,纯度为95%。 A gradient elution procedure for isolation and purification of lactoferrin by strong cation exchange chromatography in this paper,and lactoferrin was analyzed qualitatively by SDS-PAGE.The result shows that lactoferrin could be isolated and purificated by strong cation exchange chromatography in this paper,the isolated lactoferrin as a single band in SDS-PAGE,lactoferrin could be obtained 0.23 mg from per milliliter bovine milk and the purity was 95 %.
