摘要
针对尕斯油田进入开发中后期后常规酸液体系酸化效果逐渐变差的问题,研制了一种新型的多氢酸酸液体系。通过室内溶蚀速率、溶蚀能力以及腐蚀性能的测定,对多氢酸抑制砂岩酸化二次沉淀的机理及其特点进行了分析,并在2口注水井和1口采油井上实施了酸化作业。室内研究和现场应用结果表明,多氢酸酸液体系具有缓蚀、低伤害、深穿透、作用时间长等特点,适合用于砂岩地层的深部处理作业,对尕斯油田有较好的适应性,具有较好的应用前景。
After the Gasi Oilfield entered into mid-and later exploitation period,the effects of conventional acid system become deterioration.Aim to this problem,a new type of multi-hydrogen acid system was developed.The characteristics and mechchanism of inhibiting the secondary sediments of sandstone acidification are analyzed through the experiments on multi-hydrogen acids corrosion rate,corrosion capabilities and corrosion property in laboratory.This newly acid system was applied in one oil well and two injection wells.The results showed that the multi-hydrogen acid system has the characteristics of acid inhibition,low damage,deep penetration and long time effect and so on,it is suitable for deep sandstone formation acidizing and has good application prospects in Gasi oilfield.
