企业核心竞争力——企业文化的建构问题探析 被引量:3

摘要 企业文化是企业核心竞争力的关键和主要组成部分,对企业的发展至关重要。然而当前部分企业对企业文化的认识和重视力度不够,企业文化建设与企业发展不同步,尚未形成独具特色的企业文化,缺乏核心价值观和特色经营管理理念。究其原因在于缺乏合适的建构机制。塑造企业的核心价值观,构建特色化机制,增强企业的内在与外在竞争力,坚持从实际出发,充分发挥我国企业的优势,形成健全的企业文化长效机制,成为企业核心竞争力——企业文化建构的关键所在。 Enterprise Culture is not only the key to enterprise core competence but a key component,which have made a key role in the enterprise development.At present,however,some enterprises have not recognized the importance and have not paid enough attention to it.It resulted to the state,that enterprise culture construction and enterprise development have not taken the same development step and their enterprise culture was not unique and lack of core values and unique management idea.The reason is that these enterprises lacking comparable generic potential structure.The key to enterprise core competence is based on constructing enterprise core values,building unique structure,enhancing enterprise inner and outer competition,insisting on proceeding from actual conditions,fully taking use of the advantage of our enterprises and establishing wholesome enterprise culture long-term mechanism,which is namely construction of enterprise culture.
