摘要
做好高职院校学生顶岗实习工作,首先需进行顶岗实习前的准备与动员,在顶岗实习过程中教师要指导到位、关爱到位,实习结束后要注重总结与提升。
This paper argues that it is necessary to plan and mobilize before the in-post practice in vocational colleges.Teachers should guide and care about their internships.
